Sean Kerr
Interim Director
Sean Kerr is the founder and Interim Director of VOX Felix Laboratory Corporation. He brings a background spanning defense intelligence, capital markets, AI engineering, and community education. He runs free AI literacy workshops at public libraries and YMCAs, and leads Novawerke AI LLC as CEO and Co-Founder. Contact: seankerr@voxfelix.org

Organization

How We Are Structured

VOX Felix Laboratory Corporation is a Maryland 501(c)(3) research organization. We operate four teams — AI Ethics, Research & Discovery, AI Laboratory, and Operations — each with a distinct mandate and shared commitment to the VOX Felix mission.

Our operations team manages institutional partnerships, grant development, legal and financial compliance, and the strategic relationships that advance our work. We maintain strict independence from commercial interests to preserve the integrity of our research and the credibility of our ethics work.
